About Regenox
A small UK business selling knee and joint supports, sent by Royal Mail.
Who we are
Regenox is the trading name of ORTO SOLIS LIMITED, a small company registered in England and Wales and based in Harrow. We sell knee sleeves, adjustable knee supports, straps and elbow, ankle and wrist supports to people across the UK who use them for a feeling of support during sport, training and everyday activity.
We keep the range deliberately short: nine products in one colour, each with a size chart and a fitting guide. Every product page lists the actual materials, measurements and care instructions so you know what you're ordering, and if a size is wrong you can send it back.
How we work
- Orders are placed on this site without card details. We confirm availability and email a secure payment link, usually within one working day.
- Once paid, orders are packed here and sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48. Delivery is £2.99, or free over £30.
- Questions go to a person, by email or phone, Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00.
What we don't do
We don't give health advice and our supports are not medical products. They're sports and everyday support accessories, the same kind sold in sports shops. If you have an injury or a health concern, speak to a GP or physiotherapist before using one.
