How it works
- You place an order on the site. No payment is taken at this point.
- We confirm availability and email you a secure payment link, usually within one working day (Monday to Friday).
- Once your payment is received we pack and dispatch your order, normally the same or next working day.
- You get an email with a Royal Mail tracking number. Royal Mail Tracked 48 usually delivers in 2 working days from dispatch, sometimes 3.
Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. [Delivery to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man and BFPO addresses — to be confirmed; email us before ordering to one of these.] We don't deliver outside the UK.
If your order hasn't arrived
Check the tracking link in your dispatch email first. If the tracking shows no movement for 3 working days after dispatch, or the parcel is marked delivered but you don't have it, email hello@holisticregenox.shop with your order number. We'll raise it with Royal Mail and either resend or refund your order.
Damaged in transit
If the parcel arrives damaged, keep the packaging, take a photo and email us within 48 hours. We'll replace the damaged items.
