Wearing and care
- Put supports on over clean, dry skin. Lotion and sweat stop the silicone band gripping.
- Wear them for activity. Take them off for long rests and don't sleep in them.
- If the skin underneath becomes red, itchy or numb, take the support off and loosen or resize it next time.
- Hand wash at 30 °C, fasten any straps first, and air dry away from heat.
Supports are for comfort and a feeling of support during activity. If you have an injury or a health concern, speak to a GP or physiotherapist before using one.
