Adjustable Knee Support

A wrap-around knee support with four hook-and-loop straps, so you set the fit yourself rather than choosing a size. Open kneecap, 4 mm foam with a brushed lining, and flexible side supports sewn into the fabric. One size fits knee circumferences of 33–52 cm.

Find your size in 4 steps

  1. Measure

    Knee: 10 cm above the kneecap. Elbow: around the point of the elbow. Ankle: over the ankle bones.

  2. Pick the size

    Compare with the size ranges on the product page. Between sizes? Knit: go smaller. Foam: go larger.

  3. Put it on over dry skin

    Fold the top down, pull on from the foot or hand, then unfold so the grip band lies flat.

  4. Move and check

    Bend a few times. It should stay put without rolling or pinching. If it does either, swap the size — returns are free to arrange.

Common questions

What is a knee support and what is it for?

A knee support is an elastic sleeve, wrap or strap worn over the knee for a feeling of support and stability during sport, training and everyday activity. Ours are the same type of sports supports sold in sports shops and by high-street retailers.

What are Regenox supports made of?

The knitted sleeves are 62% nylon, 23% elastane and 15% polyester with a silicone grip band. The open-patella sleeve and the adjustable support are 4 mm SBR foam with a brushed polyester lining and nylon outer. Straps are nylon webbing with foam padding. Everything is latex-free.

Are they latex-free?

Yes. None of our supports, straps or grip bands contain natural rubber latex.

How do I choose a size?

Measure with a tape measure: 10 cm above the kneecap for knee sleeves, around the elbow for the elbow sleeve, around the ankle bones for the ankle support. Each product page lists the size ranges, and the fitting guides explain how to measure. The adjustable knee support, patella strap and wrist strap are one size.

Sleeve, adjustable support or strap — what's the difference?

A knitted sleeve is the lightest and easiest for all-day wear and running. The open-patella foam sleeve feels firmer. The adjustable support has straps so you set the fit yourself and can loosen it during the day. The patella strap is a slim band worn just below the kneecap. Many people own more than one for different activities.
