How to choose and fit an elbow sleeve
The elbow sleeve is the same 3D knit as our knee sleeve, cut for the arm. People wear it for lifting, racket sports, climbing and long days at a keyboard. Sizing is by the circumference around the elbow.
Before you start
- What you need: A tape measure. Measure around the elbow with the arm slightly bent.
- Clean, dry skin — no lotion or sweat, so the grip band and straps hold.
- Have the product page's size ranges to hand if you're choosing a size.

Steps
Measure around the elbow
Bend the arm slightly and measure around the point of the elbow. S 22–25 cm, M 25–28 cm, L 28–31 cm, XL 31–34 cm.

Check
How long to wear it and how to wash it

Good to know
Supports are for comfort and a feeling of support during activity. If you have an injury or a health concern, speak to a GP or physiotherapist before using one.
