How to wear a wrist support strap

The wrist strap wraps around the wrist twice and fastens with hook-and-loop, with a thumb loop to keep it in place. People use it for lifting, gymnastics, racket sports and long typing days. It's one size and works on either hand.

Before you start

  • What you need: Nothing to measure. One size, 45 cm long, fits either wrist.
  • Clean, dry skin — no lotion or sweat, so the grip band and straps hold.
  • Have the product page's size ranges to hand if you're choosing a size.
